Just yesterday I walked by what at first I thought was a new location for the place - on Korunni just kind of behind Narodni dum na Vinohradech. Named Paprika Csárda, symbol looked similar but it could also be a completely different place. It was closed at the time and I had to meet someone so I didn't get to investigate too closely..

The restaurant closed in late November. I haven't spoken to Lazslo, but my guess is that the location was a problem. It's a pity, it was a good restaurant.

I've been to Paprika a couple of times, albeit for various birthday celebrations. Laszlo, however is an acquaintance (and ex-colleague) of mine from my Chodov days, so I've always wanted to go for a proper meal (financial considerations mainly getting in the way recently). Good to hear they're doing well in the meantime. Shame they've stopped doing Budvar though...

Ahoj. I was really wanting to go to Restaurace Paprika. Although seeing a blog by Prague Spoon, it looked like it was hard to find. Reading your blog looks like I should make the effort to go.
