I actually had the experience you describe at a brewpub in my town. What they served me was a tart porter--but that's not what they brewed. The tart was unintended wildness. Whether intentional or not, that's an inoculation of wild yeast. Usually it tastes horrible, but I loved that beer.Jeff Alworthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02930119177544342495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5042627331437123482.post-8650728156039027902013-06-19T10:56:38.799+02:002013-06-19T10:56:38.799+02:00High Gravity Brewing. It saves a lot of costs and increases capacity without a bigger brewhouse.Pivní Filosofhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17883511608403454943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5042627331437123482.post-1663607081272282013-06-19T07:54:45.582+02:002013-06-19T07:54:45.582+02:00What is the HGB?What is the HGB?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18376745434192873079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5042627331437123482.post-9541465104596752142013-06-18T17:31:41.497+02:002013-06-18T17:31:41.497+02:00TAP X has disappointed many people. Knowing about the beer you are drinking right now isn't necessary, but knowing about beer as a whole is; it makes you a more responsible, demanding and less gullible consumer.Pivní Filosofhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17883511608403454943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5042627331437123482.post-88401243937389268652013-06-18T15:52:28.658+02:002013-06-18T15:52:28.658+02:00I agree with you no the "no rules" thing...I agree with you no the "no rules" thing.
